Subzone no.4, 1. V. Crăsescu str., Strășeni
In October 2012 the expansion of the “Balti” FEZ takes place in the city of Balti. Straseni. In accordance with the Parliament Law No. 193 of 05.10.2012, the land with an area of 12.00 hа, located on 1 V. Crăsescu Street No. 1, Straseni was included in the composition of the “Balti” FEZ.
Straseni (subzone no. 7). At the same time, the area of subarea no. 1 in or. Balti was extended to 2,02 ha. Subzone no.7 is located in the industrial part of Straseni municipality, with a production space capacity of about 45,000 sqm (2 industrial halls of 35,000 and 10,000 sqm respectively), as well as administrative space of about 10,000 sqm (a four-storey building of 2,500 sqm each level). It is important that all the necessary technical infrastructure exists on the territory, such as:
– Power system equipped and capable of providing any type of production:
– The electro-energy complex can provide a capacity of up to 10 MW;
– Ensuring category II reliability of electricity supply;
– Continuous and efficient power supply by using automatic reserve locking;
– Central distribution point.
– Medium pressure natural gas d=76mm. If required, connection to high pressure network = 250 mm can be made;
– Drinking water, delivered through a newly constructed aqueduct d=160 mm;
– Sewage system – in process of renovation;
– Fast internet access using fibre optic, ADSL, 3G, 4G (Moldtelecom, Orange, Moldcell) technologies;
– Fixed telephony.
Sub-area no.7 is established on 12 ha of land which is private property of the company “CAAN”, i.e. the company is also the administrator of the premises available for rent as a free economic zone.
