Subzone no.13, or. Strășeni, str. Miron Costin nr. 2
Subzone no. 13 of Strașeni city was established on the basis of the enterprise “MARȘRUT” SA (the former enterprise producing road asphalt equipment).
The subzone covers a 2.8 ha plot of land, located on 2 Miron Costin str., Straseni municipality, and offers for rent an industrial building of about 10,000 sqm and an administrative block with a total area of about 2,000 sqm (4 floors). The territory is connected to such utilities as natural gas and electricity. The connection to the water supply does not seem to be a problem either, as the nearest connection point is at a distance of 0.5 km from where the drinking water pipe is to be laid. The lack of centralized sewerage is a common problem of the locality, therefore a temporary and independent solution strictly for the needs of the subzone is to be identified.
