The subzone from or. Rezina was created in September 2018. It covers an area of 8.7 ha at a distance of 1.5 km from the center of Rezina. On the territory of the subzone are located several industrial buildings with a total area of 25609.05 sq.m. and an administrative building with an area of 1664.0 sq.m.
The subzone is located at a distance of 150 m from the bypass route of the city with exit to the national route R13 (Balti-Florești-Șoldănesti-Rezina-Rîbnița) and R20 (Orhei-Rezina-Rîbnița).
