Subzone no. 2, 4 Industriala str., Balti
Subzone 2 was created on the basis of privately-owned land of Draexlmaier for the purpose of expanding the production capacity of the German investor. The total area of this sub-area is 10,35 ha. The land of the sub-area is 100% developed through the construction of Draexlmaier’s factories No 2 and No 3 as well as the factory of the Austrian concern Gebauer&Griller.
These factories were built as greenfield investments. The existing buildings on the territory of subzone No 2 were demolished.
