The Administration is headed by a Chief Administrator appointed by the Government of the Republic of Moldova. The Chief Administrator hires and dismisses the staff of the Administration, applies incentives and sanctions, approves the duties of subdivisions and staff, issues orders and provisions within the limits of his competences.<\/p>\n
The Chief Administrator shall draw up plans and programmes for the future development of the free zone and approve them after coordinating their social, environmental and infrastructure development aspects with the local public administration authorities, the Ministry of Economy and, where appropriate, with the residents.
