\na) international agreements to which the Republic of Moldova is a party;
\nb) the legislation of the Republic of Moldova;
\nc) Government regulations;
\nd) normative acts of the Free Zone Administration.<\/h6>\n

\nCriteria for selecting the winners of the competition for becoming FEZ “Balti” resident<\/a>
\nRules for registration of the residents of the FEZ “Balti”<\/a>
\nRules for issuing permits for FEZ “Balti” residents<\/a>
\nRegulations for border crossing of the FEZ “Balti”<\/a>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Types of activities”][vc_column_text]The following types of activities can be carried out in the free economic zones of the Republic of Moldova:<\/strong>
\n1.<\/strong> Industrial production of goods, except for ethyl alcohol and alcoholic production
\n2.<\/strong> Sorting, packing, marking and other such operations with goods transiting through the customs territory of the Republic of Moldova
\n3.<\/strong> Foreign trade activity
\n4.<\/strong> Auxiliary types of activity, such as communal services, storage, construction, catering, etc., necessary for carrying out the activities indicated above<\/p>\n

On the territory of free economic zones, it is prohibited:<\/strong>
\n\u2022<\/strong> the import of tobacco and tobacco products;
\n\u2022<\/strong> the manufacture of tobacco products;
\n\u2022<\/strong> production, transport and storage of arms;
\n\u2022\u00a0<\/strong>the production of ethyl alcohol (refined ethyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol of a strength exceeding 80% vol, ethyl alcohol of a strength of less than 80% vol, technical alcohol, denatured alcohol, raw and aged wine distillates, other ethyl alcohol derivatives) and alcohol production.
