Subzone no.1 was created on the basis of Draexlamier’s first factory in Moldova and comprises an area of 2.02 ha, of which 1.52 ha is developed specifically by the main resident of the “Balti” FEZ, the company “Draexlmaier Automotive” Ltd.<\/p>\n

The land also includes two industrial buildings with a total area of about 3000 sq.m.
\nThe subzone has developed infrastructure for electricity, gas, water and sewage networks, fixed telephone and internet networks. An important aspect for the future development of the sub-area is that the premises available for rent are rebuilt taking into account the needs of industrial production and can be finished “turnkey” within 30 days after the conclusion of a pre-contract.<\/p>\n

Draexlmaier is active on the territory of subzone 1 and has developed about 75% of the entire subzone area. Its investment in the subzone is estimated at around USD 20 million, in the process creating jobs for 1400 people.<\/p>\n

Another resident operating on the territory of subzone no.1 is “Moldpresa-Invest” Ltd., whose activity is the management and leasing of real estate.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]
