Miron Costin nr. 2&#8243;][vc_column_text]Subzone no. 13 of Stra\u0219eni city was established on the basis of the enterprise &#8220;MAR\u0218RUT&#8221; SA (the former enterprise producing road asphalt equipment).<\/p>\n<p>The subzone covers a 2.8 ha plot of land, located on 2 Miron Costin str., Straseni municipality, and offers for rent an industrial building of about 10,000 sqm and an administrative block with a total area of about 2,000 sqm (4 floors). The territory is connected to such utilities as natural gas and electricity. The connection to the water supply does not seem to be a problem either, as the nearest connection point is at a distance of 0.5 km from where the drinking water pipe is to be laid.
